INDUSTRIALIZING
Defining our own production process allows us to optimize leadtime and minimize scrap and swarf.
We have a wide range of machines for different types of processing:
– MILLING
– LATHING
– GRINDING
– CARPENTRY
DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT
We design and realize brackets and auxiliary equipment to optimize leadtime and processes automation.
We are equipped with suitable equipment for leak tests with air, water and oil, both cold and hot.
In addition, we perform testing activities for components that are subject to critical stresses.
We can also verify items at critical frequencies that are used in dynamic situations.
Our servicies
TeCom provides integrated services of assembly or pre-assembly, dimensional measurements and testing (100% of the batch or sampling) in our Metrology Lab and customized packaging.
METROLOGY LAB
We carry out dimensional measurements of manufactured parts; we also rely on a network of external laboratories that are certified for repeatability studies and non-destructive tests on critical components.
TESTING
We perform internal functional tests for special products or assemblies through the use of standard tools or self-produced equipment. We cooperate with our customers and certified laboratories to define appropriate test procedures.
PRE-ASSEMBLY
We assemble complex components and make mounting kits for our customers, to ease their production process.
